PREGNANCY YOGA

 

Yoga is a complete body practice that works on the body and mind. It is not just simple gymnastics but much more and during pregnancy it allows to achieve numerous benefits both on a physical and psychological level.

During these yoga sessions, mom will learn to:

  • listen to her body and her emotions
  • feel the baby and communicate with him
  • to relax
  • share her emotions with other mothers
  • accept her body and it changes.

Of all the mysteries related to the female world, motherhood is perhaps one of the most incomprehensible. The birth of a child changes a woman forever, as during pregnancy there is fear, worries, strangeness of not recognizing one’s body and mind anymore. It is essential for a woman to be able to listen to herself and follow her instincts. We therefore propose a collective practice suitable for all future mothers from the fourth month of pregnancy.
