The ‘job of parenting’ is subject to continuous doubts and uncertainties: “Have I done well? What should I do? If I had done it differently? Maybe I should have listened to my friend’s advice?” A parent is looking for answers and guidelines in order to guarantee the best for his children. “Marta’s breakfasts” aim to be a space and a moment dedicated to talk about all insecurities and uncertainties, normal and justified, that all parents feel. Thanks to the presence of a psychologist and psychotherapist mother who will help us clear out all doubts and tackle the most difficult situations with our children. We will return home perhaps with a greater awareness of our relationship with them and with a more open vision of our abilities. “Because every mum or dad make mistakes, but those who question and challenge themselves to find effective communication make the difference”.
